I'm pretty sure I've officially lost my mind! I've signed myself up for a one month fitness Boot Camp at Lake Hefner designed to "kickstart" my workout routine. I've hit a plateau with exercise at the age of 25 and I need something new. As a high school and collegiate athlete, I'm used to people bossing me around and telling me when, how and what to do with my workout. I kind of miss that and look forward to the challenge ahead!!

By the way...it's cooler today (80 degrees), but the humidity is 78% b/c there were storms earlier...can't I catch a break?? Wish me luck...
